Narrative Therapy

We'll work together to change any negative stories and/or create the life narrative you desire!

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

Mindfulness-based therapy helps you be fully present and learn to not be overwhelmed by your emotions and thoughts. You'll learn to accept and not judge yourself. This approach is very helpful in managing stress, difficult emotions, and anxiety.

Solution-Focused Therapy

In this approach we'll focus on finding solutions to issues in the present and future, instead of dwelling on past issues.

Strength-Based

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy

We'll focus on your strengths, abilities, and capacities and how they can help shape and build the life you desire!

We'll explore how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected and learn to change negative thought patterns.
